Training Commitment

Harmony House understands the need for a high level of training. The Management has ensured that there are solid systems in place that ensure the staff  have the training required to be able to offer the high standards of care expected. In House Training, e-learning and distance learning are all provided.

All the staff here are committed to developing their knowledge and skills and the training programme is successfully adhered to. Recently eight staff have been working towards their Quality Care Framework (QCF) Qualifications some at level 2 and some at level 3 and nearly all have now successfully completed. By us offering this training we feel not only do we improve the service provided at the home but also help our staff to achieve qualifications which will prove invaluable for their future aspirations.
