Our Staff are in place 24hours a day to care for our residents to the highest standards possible and a Senior member of Staff is on duty at all times.

All the needs of our service users will be met by our caring staff under the watchful eye of the dedicated management team who are committed to making Harmony House the best home in the area. We are very proud and lucky to have such a highly skilled and dedicated team in place.

Staff are receiving the highest level of training  reaffirming our on going commitment to top level care provision.

Alongside the staff, sit the administrative team who have been put in place by the directors to ensure that Harmony House can only get better. We feel it very important that our service users are involved in the decisions that affect their lives and the operation and delivery of services they are provided with.
