Congratulations for making Harmony House a lovely place to live. My Brother in Law has been here for 5 years now and has always been very happy.

You will note that, as far as I and V are concerned we are very happy with the standard of care and indeed the general standards.
It’s now about three months ago that our Mother and Mother in Law dies at Harmony house.
She had been at Harmony House for about twelve months in Room 8. She was very well looked after by all the care workers, nurses and all the other support staff, e.g. Andy. Kelly etc. She received the personal touch i.e.your staff ensuring she ate her food and drank liquids properly and little things like regularly painting her finger nails, applying make up, bus rides etc etc.
She was happy at Harmony House, and we both were as well. The last week before she dies was a tough one for us. However it was people like Abbe, Jubilee, Liz and Clair in particular who really helped us in so many respects.
Thank you to all your varied staff for all the help they gave her and also both of us.

My mother J has been with you for 6 months now and I want to thank you and your wonderful staff for caring for her so magnificently. I am sure that because of the way she is being cared for she is still alive and that is all down to your staff. Once again, thank you for all you do for her.

Am back home again after the whirlwind trip and wanted once again to say Thank you for all you did to accommodate me while I was there.
It was a sea of emotions between the joy of seeing mum, and the reality I may not see her again.
I am one of countless others who have to deal with such things but knowing she is in a facility that truly seems to care is a tremendous relief and peace of mind.

Thank you so much for coming to mums funeral. The last year of her life her home was Harmony House. You and your staff took great care of her. C & I knew she was in good hands. If the home has room for them we would like you to enjoy the flowers.

All the staff were so wonderfully supportive from the person who does the vacuuming all the way to the top.
We would like to thank the staff, residents and their families at Harmony House for this kind and generous support. It was a major upheaval for both sides, but the nursing home staff made the transition as easy as possible.

Just a note to say thank you very much to all of the staff for looking after Queenie for the past year and making her last few days comfortable and dignified. Thank you also for looking after Dick and I so well and supporting us during her last few hours, we could not have wished for better treatment. It was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
